Make sure you have no glass cups...my preference is the large plastic coke cups/tops from any decent gas station... and I would not worry about pulling an ice chest. Your UK shirts will give you full access to all the tail gating you can handle.Get there early for this game and 9 a.m. is not early.Weather is always an unknown at this time of the year, so get one of those cheap parkas sold every where. As for uber, no answer for you but the game will be ending late. Plan on tail gating post game and get your ride after most of the traffic clears. If LSU wins, all bets are off as far as getting off campus in a reasonable time.Try and catch the team and later the band coming down the hill pre game, well worth it. One of you should pack a roll of toilet paper. Lots of bathrooms but with this crowd, they will rub out. Get there early and enjoy!

There will be plenty of tailgates with TV's for you to catch the game. You shouldn't have too much of an issue ubering to campus that morning. My suggestion, if you and your friends are up to it, is to hit up one of the bars after the game and wait for traffic to die down before trying to uber back.
Chimes, Walkons, Barcadia, Mellow Mushroom are all within walking distance of the stadium and would be good places to grab a bite to eat and a few drinks while traffic dies down.
Another option is to try to catch one of the shuttles that shuttles people to downtown parking garages. I've never used them, so someone that has might be able to chime in, but I've seen shuttles that take fan from the stadium to some parking garages downtown. If you can hop on one of those, you'll options for restaurants/bars to hang out at before heading back to the hotel.
