60 meters?

Not even the biggest believers think it would be more than 2-3 meters.

60 meters?

That's like 200 feet. If so, then, pretty much ALL of the Florida peninsula, most of the southern halves of the Gulf states, Houston, Galveston, Corpus Christie and a host of other coastal areas would be under 20+ feet of water.

They really wanna go with that preposterous scenario?

If its really gonna be that bad, then there ain't a damn thing we can do about it. Guess I'll just spend my money on an Ark.

I never understood the Paris accords simply due to China and India.

America shouldn’t pay one more dime to helping the climate. No amount of money can change the weather.

According to the researchers, keeping global warming to within 1.5-2 degrees Celsius may be more difficult than previously assessed

Whaaaaaaaaaaaat?

You mean you can't just giggle the thermostat?

You mean that the Earth's climate is a complex system with numerous variables that can't be "solved" by CO2 manipulations?

Assuming man is having that much impact, even if you took CO2 emissions to ZERO you wouldn't notice any changes for 500 years.

And there is no way we are going to get 7+ billion people to go to zero.

Well we've seen our share of totalitarian dictators give it a shot in the 20th century.

The biggest problem - it doesn't effect me, and ill probbly be dead before it becomes a problem, so i dont care.

Opposing climate change was never about having issues with the science - its was always about not caring about what doesn't effect you all, and generally opposing everything liberals are interested in.
