He had a QB consultant singing his praises...coaches listen to these guys like they are GOD. Remember coming out of the Elite 11 Brennan was #8 ranked QB in that Elite11 class. Hear how others have faired
#1 Hunter Johnson- Transfer out of Clemson to Northwestern
#2 Tua- One game wonder so far
#3 Tate Martell-Back-UP
#4 Davis Mills- Back-Up
#5 Dylan McCaffrey - Back-UP
#6 Jack Sears- Back-Up beat out by TRue Freshman at USC
#7 Jake Fromm- Best of Bunch so far
#8 Myles Brennan
As you can see the elite 11 which is run by so called evaluators of QB talent... not too many Home Runs in this class

All those guys were true freshmen last year. A little premature to say none of them will be home runs. Your post has merit as Elite 11 doesn't mean they'll translate to good QBs, but using the guys who were freshman last year isn't the best way of supporting your argument. But honestly, the success rate isn't really any different than star ratings. Typically among Elite 11s, there are several great college QBs, a few marginal, and a few that fall off the map.

Seems a little early to say something like that.
