Sarcasm. He's not 6'2", and likely not 5'11", as stated by Mizzou.
Everything about this kid has been exaggerated by his erstwhile local fans.
There is another thing obviously at play in this thread: The notion that any minority student can get into any school with good grades and test scores. Ain't so.

Him being a good high school football player AND being a minority AND being a good student are why people are saying he could have gone almost anywhere he wanted.

Last year I went to Pluckers with Narcisse (who I know personally) and Scott came along. Narcisse and I are both 6'3". I'd say that Scott was 5'10", and that's being generous. Really nice, well-mannered kid.
