At least 99 times out of 100 people who say that don’t eat clean and go to the gym 5 days a week. I might believe your theory if you can find one, just one, picture of a fat guy in a concentration camp.

I've got a tracking spreadsheet with multiple witnesses to what I eat and how much i work out every day and according to my fit bit I burn 4000 calories a day. (30 minutes cardio in morning, hour walk at lunch, 1 15 minutes lifting in the evening.)
average around 1800 calories a day under 100g of carbs and fat. Yet Ill be lucky to lose 2 pounds a week at most and sometimes even gain weight.
But I'm sure you'll just tell me I'm full of crap because it doesn't fit your narrative.
