How many unarmed white men were killed by police last year? How many unarmed hispanic men were killed by police last year? How many unarmed black men? Which cases were justified? Which weren't?
If people aren't honest about the numbers, and the actual issues at play, and the ones that go beyond "white people are racist"... and instead want to protest "America", then they aren't making anywhere close to a salient point. If you care about tragedy happening to black Americans, and the "systematic" forces at play, then why aren't you protesting Rham Emanuel and the Democratic politicians whose policies actively make Chicago a war zone? If you can't resolve something as simple as that, then you're a fool.
The saddest part of this dialogue is that the true cases of police brutality and tragedy, like the story of Jordan Edwards, get lost in the fray. frick protests over Alton Sterling. Where were those people over Jordan Edwards?
