If Scott was indeed anchoring his putter, don't you think Tour officials would notify him and penalize him accordingly?

I am not a fan of Koepka at all, but damn he is a bad man when his game is on in majors. Ice water in those viens.

The issue isn’t if it is legal. The issue is if he should be allowed to come that close to cheating. BTW, no one in Hell watches his every stroke. It is so close to cheating that is twisting the rules. The initial thought was to do away with long putters. They banned the anchoring instead of the equipment. If they would limit the length to a range where it requires a more traditional approach it would not be an issue. Him and BL both need to lose the long putters. It is an advantage they should not enjoy.
