i think this is where the whole NN comes into play.
potentially, with NN repealed, yes. they (or other providers) can choose what type of traffic to allow/block/slowdown.

Honest question, could they not block Gab through their DNS? I'm aware not everyone uses their DNS.
It would take a concerted effort between all the DNS providers to block access to Gab, and I just don't see that happening. If it does, that's when we'll see some sort of internet revolution.
