Everything is an extra and the seats are not particularly comfortable as they don't recline but for a short haul, where you are traveling light, it's ok.
Just make sure you compare flight costs after you've chosen everything. It could end up being the same or more than another, more comfortable airline.
It's basically a flying public bus.
