TOPs will be cut within the next 5-10 years. The Baton Rouge apartment market is going to go straight into the shitter when this happens. Lots of parents can afford expensive rent when they're only paying $800 a semester in tuition. Put that figure at $6000 a semester and El Cid will be a happening spot.

My kid can live at home assuming we are still in BR. I'm not paying rent when our is house is 10 miles from campus.
