Sure, and I agree with you about those expressing strong opinions when they haven't been, but you don't need a strong opinion about a place to not be interested in visiting. I don't really have any strong opinions about Guam. I have little interest in visiting there.

Also, note the title is "state you'd be least interested in visiting", not "state you have zero interest in visiting". No one is saying there's nothing worth doing in those states, just that it interests them, personally, less than the other states. That's a perfectly reasonable position.
