Malik’s father just shows back up in his life around the time he’s going to play at a D1 school? All his pops is seeing is dollar signs, pretty shitty!
Yep. I am sure he got all kinds of swag from all the firerent fake academy high schools Malik went to and on the recruiting visits. That's probably why he went to FSU, gave his dad $$$$ so ended up at a school on the other side of the country.

Couple things about the show. I’ve finished it but don’t think any of these are spoilers.
1. There were only like 4-5 likable guys. Both RBs and both WRs. Bobby is just a product of his environment and Emitt was pretty likable. Just boneheaded penalties that costed his team.
2. The show doesn’t show a whole lot of Xs and Os. I don’t know if that initial or what. Even during filming Buddy and his staff they never showed the HCs actually coaching. Just seemed like they had very talented and highly rated players that were suppose to know how to “turn” it on come game time.
3. It’s a great series by Netflix but I liked the First two season a whole lot better.
4. This kinda piggy backs off of 2. For the lack of Xs and Os coaching he did, it seemed like JB got out of his players everything they could. Or at least that’s how the show portrayed it.
5. Lol at him almost costing them the Garden City game because he wanted to run the score up. That was the worst possible way to play that last 4 minutes.
