re: What was your dad's go-to trashy / redneck meal?

My dad was the main cook in our family growing up. Still is. He can throw down in the kitchen. But he also will eat pickled pigs feet, straight out the gas station jar. Disgusting. Not really what you the asking but it’s what come when I read trashy redneck dad meal.
