There are a couple of plea agreements obtained by Mueller that do not include these cooperation provisions.

Patently false. They all have a version of it. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE.

Little advice since you clearly, again, DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, look for the words obligation and "breach" if your half baked CTRL + F search is letting you down on the word "cooperation".

You were basically running around saying the SC has jurisdiction to investigate anything, anywhere that occurred at any time.

You linked the exact statue I would of linked but you cherry picked a sentence in the middle of a paragraph and tried to use it to prove your grossly ill informed "point" without trying to, or maybe completely unable to, use any context like...I dunno...the surrounding sentences.

The Papadopoulos and van der Zwaan plea agreements do not contain the cooperation provisions that are included in the Gates, Pinedo and Flynn plea agreements. See 8(a) - (g) in the latter.

The van der Zwaan agreement doesn’t even contain the word “cooperate” or any interations.

Ok but you can have obligations under and breach a plea agreement without having these cooperation provisions.

Was this the thread on the hearing in front of Judge Ellis?

I’m curious are you suggesting Flynn is not cooperating with the government?
