What’s interesting is the change from yea to nay in a 24 hour time period. I don’t know the specifics of why somebody (obama and Biden) would both vote yea on the cloture invoked in Senate by Yea-Nay Vote and then vote nay on the confirmed by Senate Yea-Nay vote

As much fun as this was, the OP misled us all. He posted a vote for Cloture, which is a motion to end the debate and bring it to a final vote. It's not a vote for Kavanaugh, it's a vote to stop the debate.
In the final vote, Feinstein and Obama voted Nay. Only 4 Ds voted for him.
