I got some the ingredients to make some pesto. Basil, pine nuts (toasted), parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, and S&P.

I picked up some Rockfish, which is difficult to grill, because it falls apart. I seasoned it with S&P.

I sliced some lemons and laid them on the grill underneath the fish to keep the fish from sticking to the grill. I grilled the fish for a couple of minutes before flipping and sprinkled herbs from the garden on the filets, along with a squeeze of lemon.

I served the fish with tomatoes slices and fettuccine that I mixed with the pesto sauce I made earlier. This is a gourmet meal for my family.

Looks good bud. Impressed that you grilled a flaky white fish. What made you choose that method over pan or oven?

I like to grill and the grill w/lemon adds good flavor.

I have seen the lemon hack several times recently, and will probably give it a try soon. I love grilled fish, but it’s definitely difficult sometimes

Looks great. Have you considered trying a fish basket?
