The whole reason that this became a topic of debate is that Trump went on his twitter dais and declared that had won the DNC lawsuit and implied it meant that there was some kind of finding regarding collusion which brought about the dismissal.
It bothers some people that Trump thinks that twitter is a lie-free zone and he can post anything he wants. I happen to be one of them. Unfortunaretly for you, you are not.

You are correct in that the dnc was not a part of the case he won. You are incorrect in stating the case would be refiled in New York. Bottom line is...he won the D.C. Case.
