Why would I bring up joinder after I STATED THE DNC filed in New York? Once again you are too slow to keep up with the conversation. Does joinder for the dnc make sense in ny? Yes or no? If you answer no....then why would I bring it up? Friecking moron.

Let me help you. I didn't know the dnc was not a party in DC. I did 10 seconds of research and saw they filed in manhattan. Which is why I responded to your statement that the D.C. Case would be refiled in New York with the joinder question. Do you not understand why joinder would apply to the D.C. Plaintiffs and not the dnc?
