You are another dumbass semantics warrior. Here is the simple version for you. They filed in the wrong venue. And it was dismissed. They can file in the correct venue. The whole reason that this became a topic of debate is that Trump went on his twitter dais and declared that had won the DNC lawsuit and implied it meant that there was some kind of finding regarding collusion which brought about the dismissal.
It bothers some people that Trump thinks that twitter is a lie-free zone and he can post anything he wants. I happen to be one of them. Unfortunaretly for you, you are not.
