The idea that Star Wars needed strong women because they were not there is silly. Never saw Leia as the damsel in distress type. Yes, they saved her in the first movie, but she saved them in other movies. It is really silly. The problem with Star Wars is they have gotten away from the ethos of what made it good. I clear fight between good and evil.
