Right now the Yankees look like they'll come out of the AL, but the Red Sox and Astros look so good.
The NL is a crapshoot, Braves, Brewers, Cubs, Dodgers, and Diamondbacks all look like they can take the NL right now

You didn’t actually predict anything

Astros Dodgers
OR
Astros Nats
I know neither of them are leading their division right now but both will make a run IMO

Mariners - Cubs World Series
Eddie Vedder is torn between the two
Mariners throat frick Cubs to win it all, with Ken Griffey Jr coming out of retirement to pinch hit and knock a homer in the deciding final inning.

Astros repeat
Yanks challenge
Cubs dodgers or nats in NL
Brewers no pitching
Braves miss all together
Dbacks aren’t a threat

Current Standings:
AL
Houston Astros
NY Yankees
Boston Red Sox
Cleveland Indians
Seattle Mariners
NL
Atlanta Braves
Milwaukee Brewers
Arizona Diamondbacks
Chicago Cubs
LA Dodgers
IF the Cubs find some starting pitching prior to the deadline they will have a chance. Right now they are walking too many and not getting enough quality starts out of the rotation. Currently they rank:
ERA (4th)
QS (17th)
ER (5th)
R (8th)
BB (30TH)
SO (19th)
BAA (5th)
Offensively I think they will be fine; they can stand to capitalize on opportunities a little more as they are top 5 in MLB in hits and average but only 11th in runs scored.
Runs (11th)
Hits (2nd)
TB (5th)
RBI (4th)
Avg (1st)
OBP (1st)
SLG (5th)
OPS (3rd)
AL
Houston Astros
NY Yankees
Boston Red Sox
Cleveland Indians
Seattle Mariners
NL
Atlanta Braves
Milwaukee Brewers
Arizona Diamondbacks
Chicago Cubs

hopefully the Braves / Astros - old NL West foes - and two teams from the South - just like the CFP title game.
Atlanta needs to fix the bullpen issues if they are gonna make it to the NLCS/WS, but they're second in the NL in run differential at +82.
Houston leads MLB in run diff at +170.

I think it'll be the Yankees and Cubs.
Right now the AL is a toss up, but the playoff picture has pretty much been set for a month with the Yankees, Red Sox, Indians, Mariners, and Astros. The Yankees' lineup is insanely good and deep, but they need another starting pitcher. The wild card (no pun intended) is that they still have 9 games left against the Red Sox, 6 of which are at Fenway.
