That’s a good point. Did the woman become so upset she didn’t even hear that?
She did say she got an email notification from Walgreens after she left the store.

actually, the story says she received an email notification saying her rx was ready to be picked up the night before she went to get it...she went to pick it up, and the pharmacist on duty at that time said he would not give it to her...it was the following day that she was told she could get it at the other location.
