I agree it’s his right to refuse.
But he should have still respected the woman’s privacy for such a sensitive nature and followed Walgreens policy and referred the prescription to someone else to fill.

The story says he referred it to one 20 minutes away. If he is the only pharmacist at that location at that time it sounds like he followed policy.
We do not know that said anything to her beyond his unwillingness to give it to her. We do not know if he announced to all what it was and was for.
