Now, in this case it wasn't for a live baby. I wonder if there is more to this story such as it not being communicated that the fetus was dead.

I agree it’s his right to refuse.

But he should have still respected the woman’s privacy for such a sensitive nature and followed Walgreens policy and referred the prescription to someone else to fill.
