Bought a mid-range or so Lennox. Ran it over 20 years. The coil rusted a few years in, but when.I showed the local installer (in business locally about 50 years) the flyer they gave me that bragged about how it was coated to prevent corrosion, they replaced it for a couple hundred for labor. It was way beyond warranty, so they were decent about it.
It was still humming close to 25 years, but it had a hiccup one summer. I was able to get it going again myself, but took it as a sign. Bought another Lennox, and it’s been good for a few years now.
A lot of the reviews emphasize that the quality of the installation is VERY important, no matter the brand. Go with a legit installer.
