Oh, you never did. I was claiming that you were insinuating he was guilty based solely on her account. What you were attempting to do there was to prove to SUB that's what she was claiming was emotional abuse since he had not seen that part of her article.

I pointed out that you were wrong...that in fact THAT was what she was describing as sexual assault and that it mattered, because THAT was the headline making it's way around and what would ultimately cost him his reputation.

Further, you seemed to spend much of the thread trying to spin why the accusations were bad, while not bothering to come out and say the most important thing about them, which was to taken the "wait and see" road, but you felt that it was important to trash the guy from post 2, and you seem to have done it simply because you don't find him entertaining. Honestly, that level of intellectual dishonesty is kind of part of the problem here.

I mean, at least the wrong headed feminists who are insisting we need to "believe the woman" have what they consider to be an important agenda. Your take just seems to be born of both laziness and some kind of weird jealousy or something over the fact that this guy has some sort of nerd cred you think he doesn't deserve.

For my part, I've tried to be honest in that I enjoy his podcast. While I don't think I leaned toward believing him because I like that aspect of what he does, I do think I leaned towards believing him because I've been exposed to what he seems to think about things for a very long time and her account did not seem to jive with any of that. You seemed to lean toward believing her because you dislike him, but not based on anything else.
