ETA: In fact, it wasn't until Page 5 that you even dared suggest that if she failed to produce any evidence "than more power to him." You've been up the guy's arse since you started the thread...please don't now try and pretend you were being impartial from the beginning.

You could quote me in context, instead of claiming that I said that a statement was a fact. The part of her statement where she claims that he had been "starfishing" her had not been posted to the board. I was pointing out the portion of her allegation that would fall under emotional abuse.

If you post the entire conversation, you see that I said, "It's exactly what SHE CLAIMS happened." I clarified that I was not stating a fact but that it was her claim.
Please search again for where I said that he "sexually assaulted" her (your words).
