I then explained that was what she was callings sexual assault, and pointed out again that it was merely her accusation. You stated that AS FACT.

Unless you're now going to back away from that statement, I'd say that's a fairly good indication you had made up your mind as to whether or not she was telling the truth, and it seems clear that what was driving your belief was a personal dislike of the guy as a entertainer.

But, feel free to spin the above if you want I guess.

ETA: In fact, it wasn't until Page 5 that you even dared suggest that if she failed to produce any evidence "than more power to him." You've been up the guy's arse since you started the thread...please don't now try and pretend you were being impartial from the beginning.
