Yeah...it's a wall of text even I could be proud of! I was going to copy and paste some of it but it was unclickable as they have it up there.

As for the importance, it's basically a guy who sounds genuinely hurt by what seems like a girlfriend who fricked him over with a guy he worked with but who was tired of her telling him that things might work out. Broke it off with her cleanly and said it would be the last time he'd talk to her. And just like he said, it shows her multiple attempts to try and talk with him afterwards.

But honestly, it might be the most even keeled break-up letter in the history of humanity. No cursing, no anger even though what he describes would have had me fricking pissed. Just what looks like genuine sorrow for being lied to and not ending it sooner it seems.

If anything, this makes him look like a pussy, not some abuser. I bet that making this public was about the very LAST thing he'd have ever wanted to do, but given how this thing has gone I can see why he felt it was the only resort.
