You do know that they are contracted for the entire year and don't just work during sporting events Sept - Jan. They still have practices in off season. Photo Shoots. PR events. The cheerleaders rotate events. The mascot doesn't.
Not saying I agree. I still don't think the mascot works 50 hrs a week either. Just playing Devils advocate because well I was bored.

I am fully aware that they work during the off season still but it does not equate to over 40 hours a week. Is there maybe the occasional week that they may work over 40? Sure, but it isn't every single week.
