Don't quote me on this but I want to say they were getting paid about $75 per game (8 games a year) then minimum wage for events and they got to keep a certain percentage of calendar sales or after a certain point got to keep all the money from calendar sales.

So, if this is accurate, they are getting over minimum wage for games (assuming they aren't working 10 hours at a game), minimum wage for all functions outside of the game, and then paid a commission on sales.
Basically, they are paid three different ways, salary, hourly, commission.
Good luck trying to argue you are owed overtime.
