Seriously?

NFL Sunday if they get there at 10am for a noon game that ends at 3:15 and they leave at 4 is 6 hours.

You think they practice 34 hours a week every week and sometimes more than that? There's no way.

Yea practice won't be it. They probably practice 8-10 hours per week during the season. What would probably do it is if they had some random functions in a given week as well, plus selling calendars or something like that, not sure how that is handled. That wouldn't however put them over 40 hours on a consistent basis. Maybe a random week here or there.

In that case, should be pretty easy to prove if she was or was not paid her overtime. If she's paid, hourly, they have some type of time card/sheet.

Granted, NBA cheerleader not NFL

quote:

One former NBA cheerleader said she often worked 30 to 40 hours per week, once rehearsals, workouts, games, and special appearances were added up. Many cheerleaders are not paid by the hour either, but with a set fee for each game or appearance, and many complain about not being compensated at all for practices or travel time.

Never saw the show, but wasnt there a Dallas Cheerleader TV show? That could possibly shed some light.
