He probably smoked a few puffs at a party and had never done much of that kind of thing before. Had to take a pee test and freaked out. Now the rule is the rule, so no I am not going to cry bull crap. However, it seems obvious this kid screwed up because he doesnt normally do that sort of thing and freaked out.
