Read the article. It says he got nervous and poured the borrowed sample down the toilet and actually submitted his own sample, which came back clean for PEDs and contained only a very small level of THC.

Guy saw him pouring piss into the tube from a beaker so Fulton poured the sample down the urinal and peed in it himself.
He didn’t even submit a fake sample and he passed.
