It does with our personal rates. We've been with our company for 24 years and nobody can touch our fire policy rate. Or our auto, for that matter. Unless I want shite for insurance, which we don't.

Now, I won't say that we don't take rate increases, but when you start with a premium that was "x" number of dollars 24 years ago, and take the same average percentage rate increase, you still have a lower premium than a rate hopper.
