I'm glad youre starting to get some relief! Turns out the discs in my neck are fine, but I actually have bone spurs growing which are closing in on the nerve roots in the C3-C4 and C4-C5 area. My PT says that they usually do not see this in people until way later in life he was kind of surprised. He is now adding neck therapy on top of my lower back.
There an exercise with my lower back that you push yourself up into extension while laying on your stomach. well for the past little while I decided to start doing that with my neck as well, thinking it would be good for my discs. Apparently my thinking was incorrect and I may have cause these bone spurs to start acting up by doing that, so hopefully with some neck stretches and excercises I can get this under control too.
Lower back is still in progress, have some days with virtually no pain and then the next with some mild pain.
