Start taking Omega-3 fish oils. The lubricity you will gain from them will work wonders.
Also look up the yoga stretches for your back. Keep those muscles strong and your hamstrings LOOSE...

I'm honestly not doing well. Doing PT, and I've seen a Chiro, but nothings helping. Plus depression has started to kick in. I'm trying hard to stay positive but it's tough.
