If we don't get this guy from Ohio state, Does anybody else feel confident about the way McMillan looked

Confident? Not really. But he looked better than I expected him to

It has been so long since we have had a legit QB, we are reaching for any positives we can find. While he was decent, none of the 3 showed they are the caliber to get us where we all strive to be, and that is competing at the highest level.

I do. I have no problem with him running the show.

People just can't stand the idea that he wasn't highly recruited.

If LSU was ULL maybe but HELL no in the SEC.

I don't fell confident with any current LSU QB on this roster especially with the running game that they have this year. I'm not saying they can't do well but no way anyone can feel "Confident" in any of the 3 after the spring game.

Aranda’s Defense is gonna be one of the best in the country this year...and he brought pressure throughout the spring game. That needs to be considered when thinking about the QBs performances.

No. I have no confidence in Orgeron or our current quarterbacks therefore I'm not a true fan and must be a bama plant bc I fail to subscribe to blind homerism

I thought he did a fine job for the offense.

The qbs were off limits from contact so you can't punch much into how good he looked. It's totally different when you know there is no chance of getting crushed.

If what you saw in the spring game gave you any kind of confidence that McMillian could lead this team to any kind of formidable offense..well you’re one hell of an optimist..or you watched it shite housed

Right now based upon what I have seen he honestly reminds me of Jordan Jefferson, just saying.
He missed a short, easy throw to start the game. Some others were on target, not on target. Sure he might be able to extend some plays with his feet, but you have to throw the ball consistently downfield, with accuracy, to win in the SEC. You have to complete that 3d and 5-10yds to move the sticks and sustain drives. Don't know if we have that guy on our roster right now...not saying one of them can't be developed.
IF the OSU transfer is an upgrade and puts the program in a better position to win football games, I'm all in.

no, was not impressed by McMillan, or the other two.

None of our 3 guys looked like an SEC QB.

I don't give one single iota how many stars a recruit has. THat's based on high school - the slate gets wiped clean in college.

McMillan's been here 3 years and hasn't sniffed the field. But we're now thinking he's made such amazing progress in the past 4 months that he can lead us against Bama, Auburn, UGA, etc? Please.

Look, I realize some people are looking for something positive to grasp onto, but you have to be realistic. All 3 of our QBs aren't good. And the coaches know it - that's why they're going so hard after a transfer.
