The team was 21-13 post Boogie. Why do they need to make a significant move this offseason? There should be a good bit of high level player movement in the next nine months. The better trades aren't knowable right now and the better run teams are usually in a position to wait for the right opportunity to pop up. What the better teams don't do is burn a first to turn a D+ into a C- because the GM's on the hot seat.

we can fret about it all we want but the pels are gonna do whatever they decide to do and it appears likely that playing hardball with boogie isn’t going to happen.

I would jump for joy if they were able to swing a S/T but that’s so complicated and there’s just not many options available out there

I agree with this. I'd try to run it back with the same team as much as possible with bench boogie. Then at the deadline ajinca contract + a pick and maybe a solid player like Moore gets you a really good wing. I'd rather build depth this offseason.
