Front squat: 5@145, 3x5 @167

2 rounds 10 wall ball, 10 Cal row, 10 wall ball. Rest as needed in between

3 Rounds 4 minutes of work, 2 minutes of rest

19 Cal row, 19 wall ball

Reverse flys
Db curls

Barbell Rows: 135x10 155x8 165x4 185x3
Dumbbell Bench: 50x10 60x10 70x8 80x6
