Back squat: 10@165, 8@194, 6@205, 4@220

Front squat: 5@145, 3x5 @167

2 rounds 10 wall ball, 10 Cal row, 10 wall ball. Rest as needed in between

3 Rounds 4 minutes of work, 2 minutes of rest

19 Cal row, 19 wall ball

Reverse flys
Db curls
