Admittedly, I don't remember exactly who said what, but did O himself say he was going to put the fence back up? Or did the Rant just assume he was? It's amazing to me how easily and quickly false assumptions and outright lies get turned into gospel truth on here. It's been bad on the Rant, and now it's invading Recruiting.

Look, EVERY coach misses. NO coach gets every recruit he wants. That's why I asked what you would think if he missed Sopsher but got three other 4-5 stars. Would you still think he was a lousy recruiter just because he lost a player who might not have ever even given LSU a serious chance? Is he supposed to be a miracle worker? If he is, then you'll be perpetually disappointed, not only with him but with anyone else.

What's "fricking sickening" is holding somebody accountable for your own fantasy instead of anything he actually said.
