To be fair, many of these bitches and only allow the fathers to see the children every other weekend and once per week. They will not deviate from the custody agreement. I am a domiciliary parent and my ex has access to the children anytime she wants

Yes, this does happen. Bottom line, the kids shouldn't have to suffer because their parents are idiots but when one parent chooses to not see their child, it really is tragic.
