Better infrastructure and educated workforce. The lawsuit is not helping matters for Louisiana either. All those baws welcome to Houston, there is plenty more land in NW Houston to build.

Its not a money problem for EBR parish schools. They spend a couple more thousand per student than some of the great school districts in Houston. Yet, look at the results. Cy-Fair ISD and Katy ISD are the ones close to me and they are very good.

There is a reason Houston ranks 3rd in the country with the fewest amount of kids attending private school, something like 2.6%. Whats the percentage for New Orleans/Baton Rouge? It leads the country at over 25%
