Got a good arm, big, but slow. HUGE hands. Arrogant as hell but most highly recruited players are. The attention he's getting is based on measurables alone. He's young, we'll see.

This may be why you asked but just in case. From Dandy's this morning.

In football recruiting news, one of the state’s top quarterbacks for 2020, TJ Finley, made an unofficial visit to LSU yesterday. Currently a sophomore at Ponchatoula High, Finley recently made a lot of waves with a huge showing at the Houston Under Armour event where he and LSU OL commit Kardell Thomas were among the top performers. According to 247Sports, Finley currently holds offers from LSU, Alabama, Auburn, Louisville, and several others, and the word I’m getting is that LSU feels like it's in good shape with him. Tiger fans who follow recruiting will enjoy this youtube video from the Houston camp which features Thomas in the first three minutes and then switches over to Finley.

LSU Commit Kardell Thomas And Top QB TJ Finley DOMINATE In Houston!

The video also shows the tension and build-up to Kardell's "I own you" statement.

He just got done at the Houston Opening and he did pretty well. Here is a video of Kardell, Finley, and a RBs highlights. He is big with a good pocket presence and strong arm. Seemed pretty accurate and threw well.

Yeah, I’m sure the fame and attention will really make him mature faster.

I suppose LSU coaches see something in Finley.

He still has lots of high school football to play.

I’m pretty confident in the guys’ opinions I’m getting that work alongside this kid everyday. Not sure why you’re being so defensive unless you know the kid personally, which I doubt.

Don't know the kid at all, but that was a Jackass statement on your part. My question to you is at the age of 15 or 16 did you have the same work ethic and leadership qualities that you have now? I'm 48yrs old and spent most of my adult life in the Marine Corps. Do you know how many 18yr olds that I have came across that had no work ethic or leadership qualities? Too many to count! But these men are now great warriors and leaders!! So it always rubs me wrong when people start saying 15/16 year olds are lost causes. Also not calling you a jackass just saying your statement was.

Give me Keilon Brown personally.

He is likely going to rise to #1 dual threat nationally in two years.

I not only know Finley but I know his family as well. This kid is cocky and somewhat aggorant, but I don't see the bad attitude that some or talking about. This kid is trying really hard to make something of himself.
He is blown away to have talked with Saban coming from a small town, but that doesn't make him a bama lock. He is just a kid trying find his way and hopefully everything works out for him
