Well..Idk, they could bring up several things that would fit the liberal narrative.
1. It looks like he was bisexual, so they could go with the "he was bullied at school" angle, which may or may not actually be true.
He did say he obtained the gun illegally.
2. They could claim that had he not had access to the gun that he wouldn't have killed anyone, therefore gun control gun control .
