No. My point was only that people who don't suffer from these problems often just say "just talk to someone!" like it's really that easy and if you did that you'd be saved! Just because I tell someone I'm depressed doesn't mean they're going to help me get out of it. Most people are too caught up in their own lives to spend a significant amount of time helping someone.
