2 things have happened in the past couple days that basically confirm a Spyro trilogy remake will be announced soon.

1. Yesterday and then today, random purple eggs with scales on them were sent from Activision to IGN and another company that covers games. Each contained a letter that said “Somethings about to hatch-Falcon McBob”. Falcon McBob is the name that the @SpyroTheDragon twitter account uses. It’s already been confirmed Activision owns that twitter account.

2. Now today, the official Crash Bandicoot account and the @SpyroTheDragon account (named Falcon McBob) start following each other.

The game is coming, we just don’t know when

The only Spyro I ever played was the demo that came with one of the Crash Bandicoot PS1 games, either Crash 2 or 3. I remember loving it but never got the game for some reason. Feel like I missed out

Don’t think it will be as good as the NST.

The game felt really slow and sluggish to me at times. Crash on the other hands was challenging and simple and just real accessible overall.
