At this point, any progress should come from tiny changes.
Do you get 7+hrs of sleep? If not, I'd start there.
You are likely suffering from a body image issue, though. If you really are 10%, there's not much fat there. 10-12% is my favorite zone, look great AND feel great. I got to about 7% once and felt horrible, it was nowhere near sustainable.
You should get someone else's opinion.
