-Recruiting and philosophy is the problem?
What exactly do you feel is the issues? You do not seem to be optimistic about anything or offer anything constructive? Even in the Final Four years and Van’s years, there were still missing pieces. Teams with 10 McDonald’s AA are still struggling to reach a sustained level of success but i guess we can just complain till there is a coaching change.

LSU WBB is mediocrity.
I don’t know if you can objectively call a team heavy in 1st and 2nd year players and finished the regular season ranked in the top 25 and made the NCAA tournament “mediocre.” Just doesn’t make sense.

Caldwell-Fargas' recruiting and philosophy is the problem.
As I’ve said before, I’m not the biggest fan of Fargas recruiting-wise. I am cautiously optimistic based on what I’ve seen the last couple years and hopeful that assistant DeMoss can deliver continuously. But again, I’m reserved, but not as reckless as you in calling for an outright complete change (in many cases that does more harm than good).

We are spinning our WBB wheels...............wasting alot of money and we have an AD with lead in his azz....
Based on every post of yours, it’s obvious that you know ZERO about women’s basketball and just seeking any excuse to further your anti-Alleva narrative (I am not saying I am in any disagreement here, or even agreement, just don’t like briniging WBB into this, particularly by someone who clearly knows nothing about WBB). How about you stick to a sport you know? Knowing wins/losses/records does not make you an expert or even knowledgeable in any capacity.
